Front Cover Picture Placement

Even though the image of our female model is slightly bursting off the front cover, this displays the scale of which she is at and how she is about to take over the music industry. She also covers the title of our magazine, making her stand out. This conforms to other forms of media that we have seen, as the image of the artists are stereotypically seen to go over the masthead of the magazine. The shadow also works well with the magazine, as it looks as if she is standing in front of a yellow wall, which is what we tried to create by taking a picture of her in front of a white one.
